Bob & Penny Armstrong MA, RCC  – “Remaining Emotionally Healthy in Ministry"

Bob and Penny Armstrong are Registered Clinical Counsellors who have worked with individuals, couples and families over the past 35+ years as Pastors and therapists. Married for 35 years, and the parents of three married sons, they are the current Executive Directors of Oasis Ministries, a non profit organization that works with Pastors, Missionaries, Ministry Leaders and Spouses dealing with personal and professional challenges. Co-authors of the Couple Care Marriage Preparation Manual and Along The Way (encouraging healthy relationships for those already married), Bob and Penny have a passion for healthy relationships.

Rev. Ken Bell - “Caring for Your Soul in Ministry”

Ken and his wife Sonya have been married 20 years, and have two children Lillian (14) and Ethan (12).  Ken has been the priest at St. Timothy's Anglican Church in North Vancouver for 13 years and prior to that I was youth pastor at another North Vancouver Anglican church for 14 years.  He is a graduate of  Regent college.   In recent years God has put a passion in his life for Spiritual Formation (heart, mind, soul and strength) and Spiritual Direction.  To this end he is currently attending the School of Spiritual Direction with Soul Formation.

Pastor Randy Pries – “Keeping Your Marriage Healthy in the Midst of Ministry Demands”

Randy Pries is the Community Care Pastor at Cornwall Church, Bellingham.  Randy has been married to Pam for 39 years, they have 2 married children, 2 granddaughters, and a boxer.  Randy has been on his church staff for over 20 years, focusing on family ministry, and staff health.  Randy is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and has a MA in Counseling, and an MA in Theology from Fuller Seminary, Pasadena.  He and Pam enjoy hanging out with his granddaughters, walking his dog on the many trails in Bellingham, and singing 4 part harmony with the Mount Baker Toppers.

Arnie Brann – “Financial Health”

Arnie Brann is the Regional Vice President for the Free Methodist Foundation.  Arnie is a finance and accounting professional.  He has worked both in the public and private sector.  He has a passion for the church and for those who serve in it.  Arnie's wife, Bonnie, Senior Associate Pastor at Seattle First Free Methodist Church.  They have two grown daughters and five granddaughters.  He also serves Seattle Pacific University, Warm Beach Christian Camp and Conference Center and Warm Beach Senior Community.
